Round Table Recruiting
By accessing, using, or engaging the services of Round Table Recruiting (“RTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
Round Table Recruiting provides recruiting and candidate sourcing services, including but not limited to:
Identification and sourcing of candidates
Candidate outreach and engagement
Resume submission and referral
Recruiting support for dealership staffing needs
RTR acts solely as an intermediary between clients and potential candidates.
RTR does not guarantee:
Candidate placement
Hiring outcomes
Candidate acceptance of offers
Employee performance, retention, or longevity
All hiring decisions are made solely by the Client at their own discretion and risk.
All candidate information provided by RTR, including resumes, experience, certifications, and background details:
Is supplied by the candidate or third-party sources
Has not been independently verified by RTR unless explicitly stated
Clients are responsible for conducting their own:
Background checks
Reference checks
Employment verification
Certification and licensing verification
Drug screening and eligibility checks
RTR assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
Respond to candidate submissions in a timely manner
Conduct all necessary due diligence before hiring
Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
All fees for services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement and/or invoice.
Payment terms are due as specified in the invoice
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
RTR reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment
RTR does not employ, control, or supervise any candidate introduced to the Client.
All candidates are independent individuals seeking employment. RTR is not responsible for:
Employee conduct
Workplace performance
Employment disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTR shall not be liable for:
Any hiring decisions made by the Client
Candidate performance, actions, or omissions
Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
RTR’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Round Table Recruiting from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Hiring or employment of candidates
Workplace incidents or disputes
Violations of employment laws
RTR agrees to handle client information with reasonable confidentiality.
Clients agree not to share proprietary information related to RTR’s processes or candidates without consent.
Clients agree not to bypass RTR to directly engage candidates introduced by RTR outside of agreed terms, if applicable under a separate service agreement.
RTR reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
RTR may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
